Frequently
Asked Questions
Q: How will I know when my hair needs cutting?
A: When you are in charge of how your hair looks, you will notice if
there are places where it isn’t lying just right, or tends to get out
of place or less in order as the day goes on. It needs a little trim or
re-shaping, which is simply a mini hair cut. Q:
How will I ever see what I am doing on the back of my head?
A: That was an enormous road block for me in the beginning, so I
figured out just how to solve it and you will know how when you click
on the 'See-Full-Circle Mirrors tab on the left. You must see what you
are doing when you cut your hair and you must have both hands free to
do it. Once you fix this problem everything about your hair
gets
so much easier! Just checking the view when it is finished, that
everyone else can see, is an enormous benefit. You are going
to
love this! Q:
Should I cut my hair when it is wet or dry?
A: Almost all beauticians are taught to cut hair only when it is wet.
This is because it is so much more manageable wet, and you can comb it
and it stays in the comb making the ends clearly visible and available.
Q:
I always look to my hair-dresser to tell me what style my hair should
be. Won’t I miss that advice?
A: Once you learn what your features need from your hair style for it
to be flattering, you will know without anyone telling you. But, if you
still feel the need to get an “expert’s” opinion, there is nothing to
stop you from making an appointment and going. Having more knowledge
your self can only help you. You certainly won’t have burned any
bridges! |
